The accommodation sleeps 6/8 and comprises of a luscious lounge with large open plan living and dining areas featuring high vaulted ceilings. There is a large leather corner unit settee incorporating a double sofa bed, along with a coffee table, 37” LCD TV, DVD player, CD/HIFI unit. Villa Nova includes Satellite TV with both Sky and Setanta sports channels. Finally, there is an extendable dining table with 6 leather chairs and a matching sideboard unit.
The Kitchen has a large American style fridge/freezer incorporating filtered water and ice making dispenser. There is a cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker.
The Utility Area contains a washing machine/drier, sink, cupboards plus and Iron/Ironing board.
The Master bedroom is equipped with a super king-size bed that can be separated into 2 singles (please advise if this is required). Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have 2 single beds with all bedrooms having fitted wardrobes.
There is an En-suite bathroom to the Master bedroom with Jacuzzi/whirlpool bath & overhead shower, double vanity unit, wc, bidet. There is also a shower room with walk in shower, sink, wc & bidet.
Outside there is a large terraced area, private pool and shower. A pergola with large table and 6 reclining chairs. A covered Barbeque area with rattan table, sofa and chairs, 2 overhead fans and 4 sun loungers. Pool heating is available on request (enquire for details/prices). All linen and towels (not beach) ) are provided on request we provide meet & greet, welcome packs, mid-stay linen/towel change. |
