Step 2: If the dates that you request are available, we will hold these dates for 7 days until the booking form, terms & conditions and a non refundable deposit of £150 per week (£75 for Apartment Nova) is received. Step 3: Booking confirmation is sent by email/post by Rob or John. The balance is to be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival (see terms & conditions for each property).
