What information do we collect?

In order to process your booking we need to collect certain personal details from you. These details will include, where applicable, the names of party members, at least the party leader’s contact details (including email address). If we need further details we will ask you for these. We will use the contact details you have given us to correspond with you in relation to your booking or enquiry.

Please note that in agreeing to these details you have not forfeited your rights as prescribed under the Data Protection Act 1998 and we will continue to apply the same level of care to safeguard your privacy and use of your information when booking Villas or apartments.

Email Messages and other information

We will not retain your email for any marketing purposes unless you explicitly ask us to let you know the availablility of our properties in the future. We will not pass on your details to any orther organisation and will only retain your email information until the conclusion of your holiday after which all details will be securely deleted.

Information to improve our site

We do not collect web statitistics or use cookies on visitors to our site.

We only want to hear from you if you have a genuine enquiry or would like to book oun of our properties for a vacation.
